Training Period- 6 months
Training Stipend: 10 k
Annual Package: 2.1 L to 2.4 L
Role and Responsibilities :
Develop and implement new software programs, coding design.
Maintain and improve the performance of existing software
Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues
Design and update software database
Recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary.
End-user support and Training, Project Management collaboration and communication
Interview Rounds-
1st Round- Technical Written Test
2nd Round – Technical Face to Face Round
3rd Round- HR Round/Director Round

Profile 2 – Consultant/QA (Good Communication skills)

Annual Package- 1.92 L p.a.

1-Manages the recruitment process for exempt and nonexempt employees and interns using the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce.
2-Conducts the recruiting planning meetings when needed staff is identified
3-Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc) and take minutes
4-Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
5-Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.

As the Employer company will be investing in the Employee throughout his training and service period by providing training, creating new credentials, providing systems and laptops, stipend and salary, etc; the Employee will be hereby required to pay the Sum of Rs. 2.0 Lacs (Two Lacs) in case of breach of Employment Bond Agreement. That the said amount is just & reasonable, which employee should agree to pay in case of breach of bond.
