Work From Home……
1) Work From Home doesn’t mean the person is available anytime. Make proper working timings and avoid disturbing beyond it.
2) Video calls must be scheduled in advance. Don’t just video call, it will hamper the privacy of the employee.
3) Weekend are still weekends, don’t push work during weekends if you really want productivity during weekdays.
4) Message before call if you hate being “not picked at first time”. Nature call, taking Medicine, or handling family or simply bad weather …there could be reasons.
5)WFH doesn’t mean the person is on leave or enjoying or you are doing any favour ! So stop taunting.
Special Feature – Please be sensitive towards your employees. WFH is new to them too. Do trust their honesty rather than assuming anything.
